Koi, Comet,
Shubenkin, are shipped in a box having an approximately
weight of 16Kg. Others species are shipped in (M2) box of an
approximately weight of 12.50Kg.

Each shipment
schedule is subject to flight availability, the reception of
advance payment and all other requested documents being
ready.
|
|

We reserve
the right to make substitutions if the needs arise with the
nearest size/type available, unless the customer states
otherwise when ordering.
|
|
|
|

|
Due to
unforeseen circumstance, dead on arrival (DOA) of 8% and
less is to be considered as normal acceptable losses. For
DOA exceeding 10% Replacement will be made if the fault lies
on us.
In case of
late arrival, losses must immediately be claimed to airline
concerned. Damage caused during transportation and which is
not compensated by carrier is settled on fifty-fifty basic.
